Can I personalise the chocolate?

Yes. We write your personal message onto every card by hand, horizontally or vertically.

How many characters fit on a card?

100 characters on size S, 200 on size M and 250 on size L.

What does a personal message cost?

CHF 1.00 base price plus CHF 0.50 for every 50 characters.

Can I use a photo of my own?

On products that allow it you can upload up to two images – as JPG, PNG or WebP, at most 5 MB, in a 2:1 aspect ratio.

Where is the chocolate made?

By hand, in our manufactory in Sursee near Lucerne.

Which chocolate do you use?

Swiss chocolate: dark, milk or white, depending on the motif.

What is the cocoa content?

Dark chocolate 52%, milk chocolate 36% and white chocolate 24%.

Which allergens does the chocolate contain?

Our chocolate contains milk and may contain traces of nuts. Depending on the filling you choose there are further ingredients; the ingredients are listed on each product.

Are there vegan or lactose-free variants?

Not at present – our chocolate contains milk.

Which sizes are available?

Are fillings available?

On size L: praliné, Dubai or nut, for a surcharge.

Do you deliver across Switzerland?

Yes, we ship within Switzerland. We look at international requests individually.

Every card is wrapped individually by hand and packed to survive the post.

It is at its best within about three months, when colour and aroma are at their finest. Stored properly and kept out of the sun it keeps considerably longer.

How should I store the chocolate?

Cool and dry at 15 to 20 °C, out of direct sunlight.

Can you deliver straight to the recipient?

Yes, you can give a different delivery address at checkout.

Can I collect my order?

No. Süessi Grüessli is an online shop without a storefront; we deliver within Switzerland.

Can I return an order?

No, because every card is made fresh and by hand. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within seven days.
